Templates created on Bento 4.1 for Mac can be downloaded into Bento 4 for iPad but cannot be read by earlier versions of Bento.
Note: If you don't yet have Bento 4.1 for Mac, you can download a free update, purchase it from the FileMaker Store or download a free 30-day trial. If you don't yet have Bento 4 for iPad, you can download it from the iTunes App Store.

Teacher Observation Form
This template helps teachers record teacher observation information using the Charlotte Danielson Framework for Teaching. It permits observers to record class duration as well as the times for individual observations within the lesson. It also permits the observer to record initial ratings (1-4) and information for each domain as the lesson continues. The database information can be easily copied out.
